FCRA Disclosure & Permissible Use Policy

CROW provides public records research and intelligence services for lawful purposes. Our reports compile information exclusively from publicly available sources, including court records, government filings, corporate registrations, property records, news archives, social media profiles, and other information freely accessible to any member of the public.

CROW operates as a public records research service. We are not a Consumer Reporting Agency ("CRA") as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. ("FCRA"), and our reports are not "consumer reports" as defined in 15 U.S.C. § 1681a(d). We do not access credit bureau data, maintain consumer credit files, or evaluate creditworthiness.

6. Accuracy and Disputes

While CROW endeavors to compile accurate information from public sources, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information in our reports. Public records may contain errors, outdated information, or records pertaining to individuals with similar names.

If you are the subject of a CROW report and believe it contains inaccurate information, you may submit a dispute through our dispute resolution process. We will investigate and correct or remove any information that we determine to be inaccurate.
