Dispute a Finding

CROW is committed to accuracy. If you believe information in a CROW report about you is inaccurate, you have the right to dispute it.

How the dispute process works

  1. Submit this form with the details of the inaccuracy
  2. We will investigate within 30 days
  3. If the finding is inaccurate, we will correct or remove it and notify the report purchaser
  4. You will receive written confirmation of the outcome
