CROW Methodology
CROW intelligence reports are compiled using a multi-source investigative methodology that combines official government databases, institutional records, proprietary data aggregators, and open-source intelligence (OSINT). Each finding is independently verified where possible and assigned a confidence rating. Source reliability is assessed using an A-F grading scale based on provenance, recency, and corroboration.
