Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a report take?
Delivery times range from 1-3 business days (Digital Footprint) to 7-10 business days (Due Diligence). Most reports arrive in 2-5 business days. See Products for details.
Can I get a refund?
If our investigation finds nothing reportable, you receive a full refund automatically. For other refund requests, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter your reference number (sent to your email after checkout). You can also check status in the Client Portal.
What if I find an error in my report?
Use our Dispute process. We take accuracy seriously and will investigate any contested finding within 5 business days.
Can CROW reports be used for employment decisions?
No. CROW is not a Consumer Reporting Agency under the FCRA. Our reports cannot be used for employment, housing, credit, or insurance decisions. See our FCRA disclosure.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Attorneys, investigators, and businesses running multiple reports per month can apply for partner pricing on our Enterprise page.
